Jubilant and mirthful people often think about what they want and how to get it, most of the time in their lives. Surprisingly, they become successful in their pursuits.
Developing and maintaining a positive attitude can utterly transform one’s entire life. When we think about something that makes us happy, our brain releases certain neurotransmitters like endorphin which gives us a generalized feeling of well-being. Consequently, we develop a positive attitude. The good news about being optimistic is that it is a learn able quality. In addition, by the law of cause and effect, if you do and say what other healthy, happy people do and say, you will soon feel the same way, get the good results and eventually enjoy the same positive attitudes and experiences that optimistic enjoy.
Admittedly, optimism seems to have different ways of dealing with the world that set them apart from the average.
In the first place, they persistently keep looking for ways to get the mirth. They are quite focused about the goals and it invariably leads to their confidence which help them to accomplish them, sooner or later.
Secondly, optimists find good in every adversity. Moreover, when things go wrong, as they often do, they say, “That’s good!” and then they set about finding something positive about the situation
The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty (Winston Churchill).
Moreover, the best part is optimists seek the valuable lesson in every setback or reversal rather than getting upset and blaming someone else for what has happened, they take control over their emotions. Furthermore, jubilant people count their blessings in life and are deeply thankful rather than to complain about the things they do not have.
Paradoxically, we can assume to look our glass of life as half full rather than half empty. In every other corner, we can find inspirations from people who are pretty decent, honest and trying to do the very best they know. Also, we can easily find something worthy in their words and actions.
Conclusively, it is quite easy to be cheerful when everything is going smooth in life according to plans. But, it is when you encounter unexpected calamity that you demonstrate to yourself and the world around you, and then you demonstrate your real attitude. Ironically, everyone should administer a positive attitude and spreads rejoices all around and thus make this world a better place to dwell.

Nice read! It was a much needed reminder for me. May Allah swt make it easy for us to adopt this trait of ‘optimism’ permanently and give barakah in words of author. Ameen.
